A Quick Note on Twittion

Twittion, my iPhone Twitter client is due for an update. In the past couple of months the Twitter platform and API have been getting some long overdue updates that are nearing a stability level that I feel is appropriate to incorporate into production software. There may still be bugs in the Twitter API, but if there weren't, it wouldn't be the Twitter we know and love.

The most interesting Twitter addition that's been discussed is lists. These have Bern creates to make it easier to read and organize information on Twitter. The addition of lists will also necessitate some UI changes in Twittion, but I will try and keep these to a minimum.

The next question will probably be when will the new Version of Twittion be available? Unfortunately the answer will have to remain open ended at this time. This is partly due to the Twitter API team's lack of an implementation announcement of the release of the list feature, and my desire to add other features.
